Working on upper funnel pages on www.att.com.      

  • Working cross-functionally with Designers, Strategists, Producers, Sales, and Marketing to deliver high-performing content to support product developments and promotions.         

  • Creating copy for landing pages, product pages, marquees, banners, tiles, and SEO content.

  • Lead writer for AT&T TV and DIRECTV placements on the site, working on high-profile product launches including AT&T TV national launch and HBO Max launch.

  • Lead writer for the semi-annual Apple device launches.

  • Working on high-profile Special Projects at the request of leadership, including a dedicated microsite detailing AT&T’s response to COVID-19, a redesign of our homepage to be more customer-friendly, and a copy consistency project.

  • Developing creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns to cover episodic events including March Madness, Game of Thrones final season, Mother’s Day, and Memorial Day.

  • Managing simultaneous projects from inception to completion.

  • Working closely with design partners to tweak and edit copy to better fit layout and channel constraints.

  • Provide copy documents to Designers and CI with clear implementation guidelines.

LINDBLAD EXPEDITIONS, New York I Copywriter

Copywriter within the marketing department      

  • Wrote weekly sales emails to bring awareness to Lindblad Expedition’s product offerings.

  • Worked with the Social Media team to execute campaigns to increase brand awareness.

  • Supported the Creative Director and Senior Copywriter with content and editorial for printed brochures, digital assets, and website page updates.

  • Worked with a designer to create a billboard that was displayed on The High Line.

  • Edited and proofread Daily Expedition Reports—logs from the ships currently out with customers detailing their previous 24 hours—before they were published online.

VIRGIN MEDIA, Birmingham UK I Digital Copywriter

Part of a small team of digital Copywriters within the design studio

  • Wrote compelling copy for the Virgin Media website covering cell phones, internet plans, and TV offerings.

  • Worked with the Brand Team to evolve Virgin Media’s style guide and brand voice.          

  • Increased sales of Virgin Media’s TV bundles by developing and re-writing the sales pages.

  • Worked closely with UX and Design to ensure cohesive and thoughtful content that aligned with business objectives.

  • Took ownership of maintaining the Copy & Legal Claims Book, making sure all our legal was up-to-date and had correct caveats assigned.
